Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of potatoes, cut, boiled
1/2 a cup (or less )pickled jalapeno ( depending on how sour you like it)
A handful of finely chopped chives and parsley
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 a cup finely chopped shallots
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
50 ml of milk
salt( to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
Blend 1/2 a cup of potatoes, salt and all the pickled jalapeno into a paste. Mash rest of the potato in a bowl and mix the jalapeno potato paste to this.To a pan , add oil and garlic and stir fry for a minute on low heat. Add parsley and chives and let them cook for a minute. Add shallot and saute it till it turns translucent. Add milk and bring milk to a boil. Turn off the heat.Pour it over the contents in the bowl. Add crushed black pepper and mix. Serve hot.
